Incognito-The Secret Guest was founded by the Managing Director Lorraine Allanson, together with her husband Andrew, after a career of 30+ years in the hospitality industry.
We are service evaluators who work undercover for hotels, restaurants, and a wide range of accommodation providers. Checking in as guests, we work incognito to experience first hand how your business is being represented by your staff.
